Day 1 – Descend into the Canyon
We’ll meet at the South Rim near Flagstaff for a pack check before stepping onto the historic Bright Angel Trail. Today’s highlight is seeing the Canyon open beneath your feet as we descend to our first backcountry camp under the stars.
Highlight: Bright Angel Trail, sweeping canyon views.
Days 2–3 – Canyon Immersion
We’ll move through the Canyon’s heart, taking in Havasupai Gardens (formerly Indian Garden), the peaceful Rest House, and crossing the Silver Bridge over the Colorado River. You’ll have a chance to visit Phantom Ranch, cool off near Ribbon Falls, and explore the vastness of the inner canyon while enjoying guide-prepared meals.
Highlights: Havasupai Gardens, Silver Bridge, Phantom Ranch, Ribbon Falls, Colorado River crossings.
Day 4 – Climb to the North Rim
Today we make our push to the North Rim, gaining elevation while taking in the changing layers of the Canyon. If timing allows, we’ll visit Plateau Point for one last epic overlook before climbing out. By evening, we’ll watch the sunset over the Canyon walls, celebrating your rim-to-rim traverse.
Highlights: Plateau Point, North Kaibab Trail, sunset at the North Rim.
